We work directly with the student-athlete and their family, searching in each case for the best available option in the US, taking into account their academic, athletic and economic preferences.
Since the inception of the company, we have helped more than 1,000 students and obtained more than $44 million in scholarships for the athletes who have worked with AGM Sports, with an average grant exceeding $21,000 per year.
PERSONALIZED AND CONTINUAL ADVICE
- Academic guidance (preparation of all paperwork, placement exams, etc.)
- Periodic communications with university administration
- Preparation and completion of the procedures required for admission
- Translation of qualifications, academic records and other documents
- Management of the residence, meal plan and other details related to the arrival of the student to the University

What steps should I follow?
PRE-EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS
After completing a questionnaire to know the academic and athletic results of the student and the interests of the family, we will know if it is possible to gain access to the universities in the best of conditions and we will begin the evaluation.
- Athletic evaluation: Sports videos, official documentation of rankings, marks and official results.
- Academic Evaluation: High School grades, university (if applicable) and official results of TOEFL and SAT
PROMOTION IN USA
- Design of a personal web page of the student (E-Profile) so that the universities and coaches can evaluate if the students complies with the requirements for admission and is eligible for academic, athletic, and/or international scholarships.
- The e-profile will include personal, academic and athletic information, and may contain presentation and sports videos.
UNIVERSITY SEARCH
- Elaboration of a list of colleges that meet the characteristics requested by the student and his or her family.
- Once the E-Profile is activated and in the moment that the universities start showing interest in the student, the scouting department will advise the student in all communications with the universities and coaches.
- We help the families and students to choose the most suitable university and that best meets your expectations.
ADMISSIONS PROCESS
- The student, with the guidance of the AGM team, will select up to 5 universities that are most interesting, and with options of admission according to the established objectives.
- AGM will advise students in all the procedures during the process of admission in this selection of universities, as well as in obtaining a student visa at the American Embassy.
BEGINNING OF STUDIES
- Availability to consult with the AGM team regarding any question that could arise.
When do we start?
It is very advisable that the student-athlete contact AGM between 12 to 18 months before the planned start of University studies, to be able to realize a suitable search, mediate in the offers of scholarships that are presented, organize possible visits to universities, prepare for required tests, etc.
